National Poetry Month Day 29: Angel

Meet Allie–grandchild #2, and our only granddaughter–so far! 🙂

She made these butterfly wings to march in her school’s Easter Parade, which unfortunately was cancelled due to Coronavirus. But she had just as much fun flitting back and forth in front of her house.

Though I love her butterfly wings, as I smiled at the pure joy on her face, even amidst the pandemic, I thought she was an angel instead.
